I hired Mr Van Cleave to represent my business when a large insurance company refused to provide coverage for a claim under our Comercial General Liability Policy. The insurance company had denied my company's claim , and insisted there was no coverage. He filed suit against the insurance company for bad faith breach of contract. Mr. Van Cleave quickly brought the insurance company to its knees, and obtained a settlement for considerably more money than the amount of the claim.
