Biography
Criminal defense makes up a large portion of the clients I represent. I have handled drive-by shootings, attempted murder, possession of controlled substances, aggrevated assaults, felony domestic violence, conspiracy, trafficking, hundreds of DUIs and countless other felony charges. If you have already been convicted of a felony, I may be able to either expunge your record or get your hunting rights back depending on your specific situation.
No one should try and deal with an insurance company by themselves, and that is why I am here to help you get the treatment you need along with the compensation you deserve. If you have been in an accident, you are entitled to have your medical bills covered and be compensated for your injuries and lost wages. I have been handling these matters for over 17 years and know how to handle the insurance companies and their adjusters.
I also handle divorce, child custody, visitation and modification cases. In 2014, I was named one of the Top 10 Attorneys under 40 in family law. I focus on protecting the rights of dads in divorce. They have a right to see their kids and be a part of their lives. Dads also have as much right to custody of the children as moms. Courts are starting to recognize this fact more and more, but with most attorneys focusing on letting the mom have custody, it's hard to find an attorney to fight for the dad's rights. I had to walk this road myself, and fortunately with the right game plan, I got custody of both of my kids.
