Sadly, my previous attorney of 7 years who handled my case moved out of the country. If you looking for an attorney who will take your situation seriously, well-advise you and not waste your money then do not chose this guy. He is pleasant and will tell you everything you want to hear. He tell you h...e will work to get everything you deserve by acting like a roaring lion to the opposing side. When he comes down to it he will let you down. It's all an act. This is how he handled my case-very poorly. He charged for several hours and did not produce a viable document just a bunch of paper and emails that never ended up anywhere. After $2000 in less than 2 weeks, he exhausted the entire retainer and said I owed him more...I was insulted! Nothing was even filed in court! My best advice: look for someone who will act for you and take your matter seriously as if it were their life hanging in the balance. It is no wonder lawyers are giving a bad wrap like used car salesperson because to me they are both predatory. You are better off representing yourself than hiring this one.

I found Jamie through an internet search and really liked all of the information he provided on his website and the videos he had. I had met with a couple of other lawyers already but I didn't really like them. I decided I'd see if he was any different and called his office to schedule a meeting. The...re were a few things that stuck out right at first that he was different. The first thing was that he seemed like a "normal" person and didn't have some holier than though attitude. And the other thing was that he was very upfront and honest with me about the strengths and weaknesses of my case. After speaking with him I left feeling like the other two people I had met with may have been saying some stuff just to try to get me to hire them. And I actually left the meeting with a lot of useful information that I could use even if I didn't hire him. In the end I decided to use Jamie and couldn't be happier that I did. I believe that his office really cared about my situation and made sure to do everything they could to help me. I'm very happy with how my case ended up because of all the work he did to help me. Two thumbs Up!!

I went to several different divorce lawyers to try to find someone who could help me with my case which seemed pretty simple to me. I just wanted to get a divorce from my husband without having to go through a million steps and cost a ton of money. Mr. Ferrell listened to what I wanted to happen and ...then explained the process to me and and laid out what his plan would be to get my divorce. His plan sounded good and that's why I picked him. I'm glad I did choose him because everything happened just like he said it would and three months later I was divorced and free:) I can't say what other people's experiences are like, but I always knew what was going on in my case. He let me know what was needed to make my divorce get processed quickly, when and what he was filing with the court, sent me copies of everything, and called me back or emailed me whenever I had questions. I'm sure there are some other good divorce lawyers in town, but he's got to be one best.
