100% RECOMMEND!

My husband and I first met Phillip Walker 4 years ago when a close friend recommended him to draw up our wills. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. Then we contacted him again earlier in 2021 to deal with some probate issues regarding my recently deceased aunt. We... also asked him to redo some of the provisions in our original wills. We have always been 100% satisfied with Phillip Walker and his work. He is very knowledgeable of the law, is a patient listener, has excellent written and oral communication skills, is very conscientious, and is experienced and skillful. If you are in need of an excellent attorney for any legal issues you may have, I highly recommend Phillip Walker.

wills and elderly parent issues

Mr. Walker was top shelf. He helped us with our wills and our elderly parent issues. Very thorough and efficient. He explained everything in depth and made sure we understood what we were doing. My wife and I would recommend him to any family member and any of our friends.

Phillip Walker is definitely an attorney I would refer anyone to that is faced with a divorce. He gives you clear and reasonable expectations for your individual situation. Mr. Walker was always very prompt to return any phone calls or correspondence. In my case, and I would expect all others, he do...es not run up fees on ticky tack items and didn't charge for a quick question or update. All motions filed and things of that nature were always explained in detail what was being done and why. He pursued my interests aggressively and and ultimately I had a very favorable divorce from my spouse both financially as well as with my parental agreement. His fees are by my judgement very fair. Mr. Walker is honest, easy to talk with and works hard to deliver the most favorable outcome for his client.

recommended family law attorney

I've had the privilege to know Mr. Walker the last 9 years as he has represented me and my daughter in our child support case against her father. He has been consistent in his representation and explanation of the law, his communication has been at his client's convenience even if after normal bus...iness hours. He has managed our court case for 9 years through all of it's changes, navigating the changes in legislation, culture and adding grace with a finesse I have appreciated as the years have gone by. He has always sought my daughter's best and the law's best representation through all 9 years of our lives. I am eternally grateful for Phillips guidance and representation. I have recommended Phillip to everyone I have come across that has considered family matters and more because of his depth of knowledge.
