Mark McDaniel Jr is a skilled, highly recommend attorney
Mark had to fight my charge for a long time because I refused to plead guilty, and the entire time Mark made me feel like I had a friend—a legal friend—fighting in my corner. Mark is a skilled, 10 out of 10 attorney and legal advisor, and his retainer fee was very reasonable. I will always be grateful for how the negotiations he did for me changed the trajectory of my life. I would have lost my job and had a criminal record had I been found guilty, but after Mark’s hard work, the case was (rightfully) dismissed and expunged.

Excellent Service
I am so grateful that I found the McDaniel Law Firm to handle my son's case. He was charged with simple possession/misdemeanor. I am highly satisfied with the entire range of service, from the inquiry/intake process, working with the attorney, to receiving closing documents stating his record had been expunged. Every person that I encountered was very friendly and treated us with the highest respect. I was fully informed about each step of the process and never had to chase my attorney down. My son was worried about having to travel back and forth from college, but our attorney made sure he was represented well and could stay at school. Took Care of The Case Every Step Of The Way

Great Team!
My son was arrested on weapons charges at the age of 18 based off of a lie some one told. So we hired Mr. McDaniel and were prepared to go all the way to trial. Thank god we didn't have to go that far and the case was dismissed and my sons record was expunged.

Out of State Traffic Ticket
I was visiting home after graduating school and one day while driving my mom's car I was pulled over by an officer for a tail light. I am an excellent driver with no type of record. I apologized to the office and explained my situation but he showed no mercy. I called about 5 attorneys and ended up choosing Mr. McDaniel because he was the most affordable. That was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He appeared in court on my behalf and got my ticket dismissed without any court costs. I will definitely use him again if I ever need him while visiting home. I highly recommend Mr. McDaniel!

Out of State - My Miracle Worker
I called Mr. McDaniel the day before I had court for a speeding ticket. I had let the date sneak up on me and I am not a resident of TN but Texas. It was after lunch, he took my call - he went to court the next morning for me; the ticket was gone; not on my record, and no additional costs. He took a tremendous of stress away. My son & I travel a lot to Cincinnati Children's for health care so we drive this frequently! Thank you Mr. McDaniel!

Firework incident.
After a night celebrating my marriage and new life adventure, I found myself on the wrong side of the law charged with a misdemeanor for shooting illegal fireworks. I contacted Mr. McDaniel for advice but decided I'd better just hire him for my case knowing if the police decided to put me in handcuffs for the ordeal no telling what the court system would try to do, so I wanted it dismissed and expunged off my record and Mr. McDaniel handled it perfectly job well done! I highly recommend Mr. McDaniel and believe whatever situation you may find yourself in he can help you out!

"The Very Best!"
I have only been in Memphis for a little over a year and received a speeding ticket in Germantown. I went to Mr. McDaniel for assistance and he was very courteous, professional, confident, and told me what different outcomes there could be regarding my situation. One of the outcomes was the best possible result: complete dismissal of the ticket so it is not on my record. Awesome!
I have been trying my best to think of the perfect review to leave for Mark McDaniel Jr., however, words cannot describe how awesome this man is not only professionally, as a lawyer, but also as a person! He does not miss a beat! I had a Domestic Assault with bodily harm charge that I was NOT guilty of and Mark made sure that my voice was heard in that courtroom and that my side was finally heard! Mark was on time for every court appearance and more than prepared for each court date! I was not able to be at court with him due to COVID restrictions, however, he kept me updated after every date and kept me informed on all the next steps. As a result, the case was dismissed and expunged from my record! I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer!
