Best attorney in Memphis

My husband and I have have both used him for our cases. He’s kind, compassionate, and extremely thorough. In one of my cases, the judge was about to allow something that Mr. Flexsenhar pointed out was incorrect. The judge pulled out his law book, looked it up and said “well Mr. Flexsenhar you are cor...rect”. My ex-husband wasn’t very happy about it!! But I was thrilled and very impressed that my attorney seemed to be more knowledgeable than the judge!! I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Flexsenhar!!

Childsupport Case

As I pondered the worth of legal representation, I came to realize the importance of legal representation, in child-support hearings. Michael A. Flexsenhar,Jr., skill as an attorney far exceeded my expectations in which words cannot describe. Innitially, my retroactive child support was roughly $7...0, 000. My back time was so high because the mom waited 14 years to put me on child support, thus making my case very complicated. Mr. Flexsenhar’s resourceful ability persuaded the judge to reduce the retroactive child support down to roughly $50,000. He saved me $20,000! I would foremost like to thank GOD for Mr.Flexsenhar‘s wisdom to articulate, and to convey to the judge my position as a father. If you need a champion to fight in the lion’s den, then the choice should be obvious; God to be your champion, and Mr. Flexsenhar to execute God’s will. Don’t suffer in silence! Call Flexsenhar, he can minimize your losses, like he did for me. 8/10/2015

This man is at the HELM of a CIRCUS

I would strongly advise to look elsewhere for legal representation. This firm is a total joke and operates more like a schoolyard than a professional office. The experience was appalling from the start. The office manager is incredibly disrespectful and lacks the basic decency required for her rol...e. Not only did she raise her voice and yell at me over the phone, but she actually made a mockery of the fact that I am being sued. Dealing with a lawsuit is stressful enough without the people hired to help (or even just manage the phones) laughing at your situation and being openly hostile. To make matters worse, when a legal assistant named Phen joined the call, I expected some professionalism or de-escalation. Instead, Phen jumped right in to support the manager’s unprofessional behavior, doubling down on the disrespect. It is clear that "professionalism" is not in this firm’s vocabulary. From the top down, it is an unprofessional circus. If you want to be treated with dignity and have your legal matters handled seriously, stay far away from this place.

Mediation lawyer | Jul 30

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I have known Mike since I started practicing in Memphis. He has a reputation for being highly skilled and compassionate toward his clients. He is an a excellent litigator and always displays the highest level of professionalism. He is well respected by everyone I know in the Memphis legal community. Recently Mike mediated a difficult case for me and another lawyer. I had not thought it possible that this case could be resolved, due to the toxic emotions involved and the fact that one of the parties desired to move away with the children. Mike worked hard late into the evening to help these parties reach a fair settlement. I am impressed with Mike as both a lawyer and a mediator."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have known Mike for at least 20 years and am always confident that I can refer any client with a family law or juvenile court problem to him. When I refer people, my reputation is on the line as well and that is why I am very particular about which attorneys I recommend. I have no qualms at all about Mike because I have had feedback from referrals many times always positive. He is most highly recommended."
