I felt a connection the moment I met Ms. Garner. She seems to know what she is doing and is willing to do it for her client.
"Linda Kendall Garner brought an important case to the attention of the Court of Appeals, thereby contributing to better case law and precedent from the judiciary for all citizens. And without appropriate compensation so a gift, to all. She got two lower courts' decisions overturned for a Mother losing custody of her child for being an occasional marijuana user at the birth.
