Board Vice President for Condominium Association Jeff is representing as legal counsel - Retired Engineer, Production Manager
Our Condo HOA was involved in a long running, complex, and very expensive lawsuit with our Developer, Builder and Archchitect. "I endorse Jeff Germany without hesitation. I was a partner in the firm that hired Jeff out of law school, and supervised him in his early career. Jeff is an exceptionally hard worker and student of the law. He has honed his skills over the years, and I am proud to say that he has become one of the most well respected litigators in our bar, particularly in the representation of financial institutions. His reputation is such, that he is called upon by other attorneys to represent them when they are personally involved as a plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit. I would not hesitate in recomending Jeff to anyone in need of his services, and have done so on prior occasions."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have had the opportunity to interact with this attorney on cases. I have read the attorney’s detailed and informative answers on this site and they are both helpful and accurate. He epitomizes exactly what Avvo is all about - serving the public with competent counsel. I have no reservations recommending his services to my clients or those needing help in litigation matters, banking, or business law."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mr. Germany for many years and know that he is a highly respected attorney in Memphis and the mid-south. His experience in banking and business law is very well known. If you own a business and need an ethical, competent attorney, Mr. Germany would serve you well."
