Jared is Member of Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC's Memphis office who focuses on litigation throughout Tennessee. He graduated cum laude from Lambuth University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and then graduated cum laude with a J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He served as an editor for the Tennessee Law Review and was recognized with the Jerry J. Phillips Best Comment award for his scholarly article that was published in the Tennessee Law Review. Jared was also involved with numerous pro bono activities and the legal clinic while in law school.
Jared’s practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of workers' compensation, premises liability, business and commercial representation, employment practices litigation, and insurance defense. He routinely appears in courts in numerous counties across the State. Jared serves on the Publications Committee for the Memphis Bar Association and has served on the St. Jude Committee and Membership Committee for the Memphis Bar Association. He has volunteered for the Memphis Grizzlies Charitable Foundation, where middle school students are mentored at local charter schools, focusing on life skills such as leadership, team-building, personal responsibility and civic engagement.
Jared was a member of the Tennessee Bar Association's Leadership Law Class of 2017, a distinction held by only 35 attorneys across the State. Jared has been named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2016 and 2017, an honor only awarded to 2.5% of attorneys in Tennessee.
