Ronald Walter Kim

Ronald W. Kim served in the United States Navy from 1970 through . Kim attended the  University of Florida and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and attended the University of Memphis School of law and received his Juris Doctor in 1980.

Mr. Kim is the owner of the Memphis based law firm of RON KIM LAW, an Association of Trial Lawyers and has offices in Tennessee, Florida and Alabama. His legal practice focuses on personal injury, business, and intellectual property, biotech and health law matters. Mr. Kim is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Alabama and Florida state courts. Mr. Kim is a member of the Tennessee State Bar Association including the sections of Alternative Dispute Resolution , Memphis Bar Association, including the section of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Florida State Bar Association, Memphis Shelby County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar Association.

Mr. Kim is admitted to practice in the following federal courts: United States Tax Court, United States District Court Northern District of Mississippi, United States District Court Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee and the United States District Court Northern District of Florida, United States District Court Middle District of Florida, Ocala Division, United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

Mr. Kim has a number of years of experience defending individuals and insurance carriers with respect to personal injury claims. He has litigated to judgment and settled hundreds of cases representing injured parties. In addition he has litigated or resolved intellectual property matters, including but not limited to those dealing with confidentiality and non-compete clauses.
