Nicholas D. Bunstine

Mr. Bunstine defended me in a family law matter. He did not tell me that I had no chance in Bill Swan's court and I lost. However, Nick never mentioned I would 1) lose my carry permit 2) Have to pay for the complainant's lawyer and ALL of the court costs. I had a subsequent and related hearing aft...er this of which Mr. Bunstine was not going to show until I called him and asked him where he was. He ran down to court, told me I had lost again and left. When I complained to him he retaliated by not paying the complainant's lawyer and court cost which caused the state to haul me into court again for contempt. This caused me great emotional and financial harm. I filed a complaint against him at the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. For my trouble Nick had to take some remedial ethics classes.
