Retained Mandy during some pretty continuous times with my ex husband over the children. Not only did Mandy not recognize things like when the judge should have recused himself, she did not use the evidence given to her to get a fair and just outcome for me or the children. She was unprofessional, lo...oked visibly terrible at times, and simply acted as though she didn’t care. She omitted or gave unclear information that would have been other options to explore. She fundamentally and overall did a deplorable job. She charged $5000 retainer but only wanted more money to do the right thing. It was concerning and sad. She has helped make things for my children and myself harder than they ever needed to be. If able I would give her a zero. East TN and Knoxville itself have numerous really great lawyers. She is not one of them in my opinion.

I was referred to Mandy through a friend. I was married for almost 18 years. I never thought I would have to go through anything like this but I did. It ended up being very horrible nasty divorce and she was absolutely fantastic in all aspects. She was empathetic, her heart and her mind made me feel ...secure and safe . I hired Mandy after being recommended by friends who have seen her first hand in the court room. I went through a messy divorce in 2019. I hired a “cheaper” attorney to begin with and my ex’s counsel made a fool out of us in mediation. I hired Mandy (highly recommended) and it seems the tables turned... very quickly once she sent a letter to opposing counsel that she was representing me. We ended up settling this case without having to even go to court and I came out in a better position then I thought! Big time! I can’t thank her enough! She’s responsive and cares about her clients. Trust me you want a bulldog attorney in your corner when your ex is trying to take you to the cleaners. Hands down the best attorney and I can’t thank her enough!

I couldn't be more pleased with my choice in Mrs Hancock as my attorney. I recieved a B.U.I ( boating under the influence ) and fire extinguisher out of date when pulled over one day while on the lake by TWRA. Not only does Mrs. Hancock get back to you promptly is at the court house before you and is... always on top of her game. I believe I have an attorney for life as long as I am here in Knoxville. And as far as my case went all charges we're dropped. Do to the fact of TWRA incompetence and lack of evidence...Thank you Mrs. Hancock
