About the Founder

Bryce provides big firm experience, intelligent legal strategies, and common sense initiatives to his areas of practice. While in law school, Bryce served as law clerk for Hagood, Tarpy, & Cox where he gained invaluable knowledge from some of Knoxville’s premier civil litigators. After being admitted to practice law, Bryce was hired as an associate attorney with Tarpy, Cox, Fleishman, & Leveille. During that time, he represented financial institutions, negotiated transactions, resolved and litigated contract disputes, drafted estate planning documents, and probated estates.

Bryce was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee where he grew up playing sports, enjoying the outdoors and passionately cheering for the Vols. While earning his BA in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Bryce served as a strength and conditioning coach for UT football and baseball and was head of strength and conditioning at the Christian Academy of Knoxville. Thereafter, Bryce earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Lincoln Memorial University School of Law.

Great Lawyer!

I needed help with getting a medical power of attorney quickly when I was going into the hospital for a high risk C-section. Bryce delivered the document quickly at a great price. He was easy to communicate with, too!

My lawyer

Bryce helped us get a will put together when we needed one before we left the the country. He made it easy for us to get all of our documents done with a quick turn around. He was very flexible about connecting with us and very informative and professional. I have also used him for my job when there were key court concerns and adoption questions. He has been a great advocate and very effective in representing his clients who needed an adoption lawyer.

Great Adoption Lawyer

Bryce was a great lawyer for us. He helped us finalize our adoption for our middle son. The legal process in general is very arduous for adoptions and Bryce made it very simple for us to understand!

Great adoption lawyer

We hired Bryce to represent us in a lengthy and contentious custody and adoption case. He was a bulldog in the courtroom. When you meet Bryce you’ll notice he’s very professional and kind, but when you get him in a courtroom, he takes it to another level. He was so prepared and nothing got past him. We were successful in our case and now we have two beautiful children in our lives. If you are looking to adopt or have any sort of custody case, I highly, highly recommend hiring Bryce.

Great lawyer for estate planning

My husband and I hired Bryce to plan our estate. He was the best. Courteous, professional and gave us great advice. He wrote our wills and powers of attorney. We were dreading having to do all this but he made it so easy. We highly recommend him for estate planning.
