Needed a Quit Claim Deed Reviewed / Updated

As I am in another state, I was able to talk with her on the phone and send her the information. In less than a week, she was able to turn around the request and sent me an updated Quit Claim Deed that I can now file with the county. Fantastic customer service.

Efficient closer

Hired attorney Brio to represent me in a recent real estate purchase. She was efficient during the closing but not during the purchase process. Many times she did not respond to emails or voice messages. She did not provide legal advice when needed and failed to provide important information about th...e property. Dissapointing.

Hello. While I cannot confirm that we worked together since this is an anonymous post and I have not received this feedback from anyone before, if we did work together, I would say that I wish this would have been brought up at the time so that we could discuss it and address it while we were working together. I’d be happy to discuss this further, feel free to reach out to me if you are so inclined.

An exceptional advocate and resource

Carin has been so great in helping me and my family. From advising on child custody issues to handling the closing on two houses for us, to general legal advice on business matters, you won't find someone more accountable, resourceful, or driven to serve your needs. She's the only attorney I refer pe...ople to - highly recommended. Thanks Carin!

Recent real estate transaction

Hired Carin for a recent home purchase. The closing was fast but I had communication problems during the process.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
