An alumnus of the University of Tennessee, Brennan earned his law degree from the University of Memphis, where he was active in Mock Trial, worked under a Circuit Court Judge, and gained valuable experience through an externship at the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office Major Violators Unit. Upon returning to East Tennessee, Brennan trained as a Rule 31 Mediator, graduated from Leadership Oak Ridge, and was elected as a Charter Commissioner in Oak Ridge. His professional development includes completing programs like the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Criminal Defense College and the National Criminal Defense College’s Trial Practice Institute. Furthermore, his certifications in NHTSA’s Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement strengthen his ability to defend DUI clients. Untrustworthy and nonresponsive
Mr. Lenihan was hired to represent me in two legal matters. He was repeatedly unresponsive to texts, emails and phone calls regarding questions about my cases. Absolutely terrible!
Hired to represent me in a custody suite against an abusive father, lied repeatedly, did not inform me of deadlines by opposing counsel or court dates. Had meeting with opposing counsel and made decisions without informing me or getting my consent. Lied about judges ruling, does not respond to emails...
