Hired him for a divorce case. The worst, of the very worst, in every way possible. Was not there for my needs or my best interest. Did not even show up for court most of the time. Did not file documents on time if he filed them at all. If you hire this attorney, you are just throwing your money away.... His integrity is null and void.

I retained this attorney for a divorce case. The biggest mistake of my life. He was terrible in every way about my case. He did not return phone calls, texts, or emails. He was always unprepared for court dates. He lied to me many times. He had no interest in my case what so ever. He failed to file ...documents on time and at times did not file documents at all. My last two court dates I had to appear by myself and represent myself. A nightmare to say the least.

I used him as a divorce attorney and he's horrible. I approached him with a concern that I wanted taken care of before it was finalized. He didn't acknowledge the matter so I had to go back to court. He had the nerve to talk to me about setting up a payment plan for the charges I owed him. I paid you... your flat rate for a divorce so it's not my fault you couldn't do your job. He also changed offices and didn't inform me while he was my active attorney!!!!!

Hiring Mr. Lenihan as my divorce attorney was one of the biggest mistakes I have made! Unorganized does not even begin to describe this man! Not to mention his staff has no clue what is going on. Never has he called me to let me know what was going on in my case, I would hear updates from my ex-husba...nd! (not how things like that are supposed to happen!)

worst mistake of my life choosing him as my divorce lawyer. did not present relevant information to judge at trial, did not confront people lying under oath, lied to me on more than one occasion, very non-responsive, very unprepared, and very ineffective. i am left in awe at the judgement, and at th...e fact he can call himself a divorce lawyer. he was definitely not there with my best interest in mind. i guess i see now why he was so miserable, was turning himself into a criminal defense lawyer. probably a much better fit for his lying personality.
