I met Nate Evans when I was desperately looking for help with a charge of home assault. After my first consultation I decided to hire him as my criminal defense attorney because he had already done a great research about my case. He looked into every detail of my case and the implications of this legal process in my personal and professional life. He always showed a high level of professionalism and supported me along with a team of other well qualified specialists in other legal areas. At my first Court date the case was dismissed. Highly recommend if you need help

When faced with criminal felony charges I went through a range of emotions ranging from shock, fear, sadness, embarrassment and anger. These emotions can be especially exacerbated if wrongly accused and facing serious career-ending charges like I was. However this happens to people all the time. Unless you work in the field or previously experienced it, most people are in the dark when it comes to navigating the judicial system. I was very scared and that is why I am so thankful that I hired Nate Evans. Nate was professional and calm but direct, which was what I needed during my times of stress. He was never judgmental nor condescending. I wanted to know exactly what I was facing and all my options. Throughout all my questions he responded quickly and answered them patiently in a manner that I could understand. My case was relatively complex and lasted several years, however I always felt that Nate was constantly thinking about it. Not only was he detailed in his preparations, his experience in the law was apparent as he strategically worked my case. In the end Nate was instrumental in getting my charges completely dismissed. I am forever grateful and highly recommend him.

Competent, Calm help when you're stressed out

As a new widow, I hired a construction company to do an extensive remodel of my home. Only halfway through the job, work stopped. After 7 weeks of no progress I felt my contract had been breached and I needed to fire the company so I could hire someone else and get my house finished. The company owner was threatening to sue anyone I hired and drag me into court as well, so I consulted Nate Evans. He has wonderful 'people' skills, and is a great listener. He reassured me that I would be let out of the contract after he contacted the company's attorney on my behalf. He was able to accomplish this in less than a week and I have hired another company to complete my remodel. I am beyond grateful for the help, and will not hesitate to call Nate should I ever have need of legal assistance again.

Best and most affordable lawyer in Knoxville, TN

Fall of 2017 I had found myself in a place where my future and my career was on the line. I needed a lawyer and I needed one fast. After making several phone calls to what seemed like every lawyer on the map in Knoxville, TN, I finally came across Nate. Unlike the other lawyers I had spoken with who treated me poorly and tried to take advantage of me, Nate was not only interested in defending me, he was able to work with my budget and he seemed like he cared more about getting my charges taken care of than I did. Anytime I called Nate, he answered. Anytime I sent Nate a text message, he responded almost immediately. Any questions I had, he answered calmly and gave me more than enough information than I needed. Great lawyer

Glad I Hired this Attorney

Great from the time we meant until we finished the case. He didn't take the easy way out and fought for the outcome I wanted. He kept me informed, sent final paperwork and explained everything every step of the way. He kept a level cool head even when I was frustrated with the other side. All business and gets the job done. Simply outstanding!

I have never been arrested before ever so when I found myself in an unfortunate situation I was lost and uncertain what to do next. Mr. Nathanial Evans was cool, calm, and collected throughout every phone call and meeting. Extremely helpful and didn't judge me prematurely which allowed me to explain my situation before we ever discussed details of payment. The fact that payment and or money was the last thing on his mind put me at ease ; made me genuinely feel he actually cared personally about me and my particular case. Even well after my case had been dismissed he has still been available to me to answer questions and set my mind at ease during the expungement process. I highly recommend him for any unforeseen issue you may find yourself. A man that truly cares about you and not just about the money you bring to his firm.

Excellent Attorney

Remarkable outcome with a perfect balance of professionalism and personal touch

Nate Evans successfully helped me negotiate a situation that, at the worst, could have resulted in a felony charge, along with charges for DUI, reckless driving, reckless endangerment and a violation for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. All those charges could have resulted in over a year in jail and loss of my drivers license for two years. Not to mention, that at only 20 years old, I would carry them on my record for years. Through the knowledge and persistence of N. Evans all the above charges were negotiated down to reckless endangerment. My life was facing complete upheaval with legal and personal issues before I contacted N. Evans. He helped me reach a favorable conclusion. Very knowledgeable attorney who is also caring.
