Highly recommend if you need help

When faced with criminal felony charges I went through a range of emotions ranging from shock, fear, sadness, embarrassment and anger. These emotions can be especially exacerbated if wrongly accused and facing serious career-ending charges like I was. However this happens to people all the time. Un...less you work in the field or previously experienced it, most people are in the dark when it comes to navigating the judicial system. I was very scared and that is why I am so thankful that I hired Nate Evans. Nate was professional and calm but direct, which was what I needed during my times of stress. He was never judgmental nor condescending. I wanted to know exactly what I was facing and all my options. Throughout all my questions he responded quickly and answered them patiently in a manner that I could understand. My case was relatively complex and lasted several years, however I always felt that Nate was constantly thinking about it. Not only was he detailed in his preparations, his experience in the law was apparent as he strategically worked my case. In the end Nate was instrumental in getting my charges completely dismissed. I am forever grateful and highly recommend him.

Excellent Attorney

Nate Evans represented my son on a criminal defense matter. Nate was very well researched, and his presentation of the information was exquisite. Not only was Nate well researched, but he was articulate, calm, and engaging. Nate was very much available to answer questions and was able to explain ...challenging legal terms so that they were more understandable. Along with the previous mentioned qualities, Nate was compassionate and supportive toward his client and his family. I would highly recommend Nate Evans.

Knowledgeable and Committed Lawyer!

I couldn't be more thankful for Nate. He was extremely helpful during this difficult time. He maintained contact with me and kept me updated on my case and how things were proceeding. Nate answered all of my questions and was thorough when it came to gathering information and getting all of the detai...ls of my case together. This was the first time I have ever needed a lawyer and it quickly became clear to me during my time working with Nate that he was knowledgeable, experienced, and well respected by his peers. I highly recommend Nate for anyone who is looking for a lawyer who is authentic, sincere, and will get the job done.

Remarkable outcome with a perfect balance of professionalism and personal touch

Nate Evans successfully helped me negotiate a situation that, at the worst, could have resulted in a felony charge, along with charges for DUI, reckless driving, reckless endangerment and a violation for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. All those charges could have resulted in over a year ...in jail and loss of my drivers license for two years. Not to mention, that at only 20 years old, I would carry them on my record for years. Through the knowledge and persistence of N. Evans all the above charges were negotiated down to reckless endangerment. My life was facing complete upheaval with legal and personal issues before I contacted N. Evans. He helped me reach a favorable conclusion. Very knowledgeable attorney who is also caring.

"I worked with Nate Evans for the last three years as an Assistant Public Defender in Knoxville, Tennessee. Nate is one of the most talented and dedicated criminal defense attorneys that I have known in my six years of practice in criminal defense. He is a very skilled trial lawyer, and he possesses a unique ability to put forward his client's story of innocence to a jury, which is one of the most difficult skills that any lawyer can master. He understands the complexities of criminal procedure, motion practice, and evidence. And above all, Nate is one of the most dedicated lawyers in Knoxville. His ability to communicate with clients and empathize with their needs truly sets him apart. Nate has experience in all aspects of representeing clients charged with DUI, misdemeanors, and all types of felonies. I would hire Nate to represente my family members. I can't think of a better way to say that I endorse Nate Evans without reservation."
