I hired Jesse Nelson and his team to assist me with my labor case this past January. This was my first experience with a lawyer, so I honestly had no idea what to expect. I had the preconceived notion that hiring a lawyer and filing a suit would be a dreadful experience. Needless to say, I was comple...tely wrong. I could not be more satisfied with my experience or the outcome of my case. He and his team made the entire process painless. In fact, it was actually enjoyable. Jesse and his assistants were always available to answer any questions I may have had, and always kept me informed with the progress of my case. Jesse always did a great job with explaining everything is layman's terms so I was able to truly understand every step of the process and make educated decisions. They were professional, prompt, honest, and helpful. I'm sure most lawyers have their own agendas, but it was evident that Jesse truly had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal assistance, as I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Mr. Nelson is an excellent attorney! I needed help with a bogus order of protection case that my soon-to-be ex-wife had against me. Any time you call the office with a question you speak with Mr. Nelson himself rather than having to deal with a paralegal or secretary. He always returns calls in a tim...ely manner. After speaking with Mr. Nelson in person I wasn't completely sure that I should spend the amount of money needed for the case because I already had so much evidence that conflicted almost every single word she put in the order of protection. Once we got to court and I saw Mr. Nelson at work, I didn't have a single doubt in my mind at all that I had made the right choice. He saw just how vindictive and spiteful she is and that she was just trying to use the system to get what she wanted even though she had no right to it. He went back and forth with her legal aid and fought for me until we had everything the way I wanted it or could easily deal with it rather than catering to her oh so outlandish demands. I absolutely plan on hiring Mr. Nelson for my divorce and highly recommend him. According to this profile only 25% of his experience is in family law, but he fought for me like family law was the only thing he practices! I feel sorry for the people up against him in the type of cases he has the most experience in!
