My husband and I were referred to Ms. Gilliam for legal advice in setting up documents to cover situations as we age. She met with us for just 1/2 hour to establish our needs and advise us on which documents are needed (e.g., Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament, Living Will). In addition, sh...e explained the importance of establishing beneficiaries on savings accounts and when it is important to set up Trusts. After this short, but informative meeting, she conveyed additional information via email so that we could decide on the basics of how we wanted these documents prepared. Ms. Gilliam used our next meeting to finalize our agreements so that she could prepare the documents. Then we closed out this important process with another short meeting where he staff stayed after hours to make last minute changes and print the final documents for our signatures. In addition to her efficiency, she was very pleasant and professional to work with. She kept us on task with a good sense of humor.
