Andrew Ellis Farmer

Mr Farmer was hired to defend my son in a violation of probation case. He was retained on Sept. 7, 2018 with 1/2 payment of the fee. My son was told he would have him in court the next week and had just done another similar case and was able to get the other person off with no more jail time. After 2... more payments, Mr. Farmer was paid in full on Dec. 27. A couple of weeks after the holidays, my son tried several times to call Mr. Farmer, but his phone calls were never returned. I finally called near the end of Feb. Mr. Farmer did return my phone call and said he was out of town but was going to have the case taken care of within 3 weeks and would call my son when he got back. He did not call my son, nor return any of the calls my son made after that. It is now July 23rd and until yesterday, we had not heard from him. So, my son called one more time, yesterday. He was angry at the lack of anything at all being done. He told Mr. Farmer he wanted his money back. Mr Farmer asked him if he was ready to go to court next week and go to jail. My son told him he wanted his money back and if not he was going to report him to the Bar Association. At that point, Mr. Farmer cursed my son and hung up on him. He now has our money tied up and my son is still in the same situation he was in 10 months ago when we hired Mr. Farmer.

At first I was upset because of lack of commutation I hired him to take care of my sons VOP violation of probation and missing his child support hearing All I can say is WOW we went to court today things turned out much better than expected , Him and Travis did a bang up job he had two warrants both ...are gone also reassured us if anything comes up just call , His staff today was superior My son lives in SC now all was handled over the phone to save us trips to Tennessee as well,, all I can say is Thank You very professionally done. Would I hire this lawyer YES

I was a client of Mr. Farmer and he got my case thrown out. However, afterwards I tried to get my charges wiped permanently off my record and he wanted to charge me a large fee to get the order expunged which he said was for the county offices fee and that he wasnt making anything from it. I contacte...d the county office and the fee was just a couple of dollars. I told him that and he told me to call TBI if I didnt believe him, however, TBI did not apply to my particular case since a diversion was not used. I DO NOT trust Mr. Farmer.

Let's face it, when you find yourself walking into an attorney's office it can be extremely overwhelming. However, Mr. Farmer's office and staff was very welcoming and friendly which helped calm my nerves down. After speaking to Mr. Farmer, I understood why he became a Lawer - he is very resourceful..., understanding, intelligent, and overwhelmingly concerned for his clients well-being. I would recommend Mr. Farmer for anyone who is going through a divorce, or finds themselves facing criminal charges. After our trial was over we walked out of the court room feeling confident and successful!
