Doesn’t listen and gave opinion different than everyone else

I met with Aaron about my impending divorce. I had spoken with two other attorneys and I have two more to speak to. 1. It was great he consulted me free of charge. I’m used to $500 consults in NY/NJ/CA. 2. He spoke over me without a doubt his ego is large. Rarely do I find people speak over me. ... This would be acceptable if he was a bulldog in court. Reading the reviews and his suggestion to me that is not the case. 3. His opinion is not testament to the tenor or letter of the law. Justification for divorce may take longer, but it is the 3rd most important element in a magistrate’s decision for determining case. That is what other attorneys in eastern TN and Memphis told me. TN values marriage a bit more and it’s not just about assets and money splitting. It’s about disruption of lives and vows sir. I’m sorry that got lost on you, but that is what I was looking for. To fight in court for her to know it. Not me against it.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your consultation with me. I can assure you that this is never my intent. I'm also sorry you do not feel that my opinion reflected what you had been told by other attorneys. However, attorneys are not always on the same page with the same case facts and I am always happy to differ if it means that you are getting an honest assessment. In my practice, I always try to give my callers and my clients a sincere account of what strengths and weaknesses I see in their case from the information I am provided. For example, I always think a prospective client needs to candidly hear how Courts and Judges in their Judicial District traditionally approach certain fact patterns from my own experience. In reality, the Judge that ultimately hears your case is not guaranteed to be bound to the same understanding that you have of the law from your own independent research. That is not meant to dissuade anyone from seeking their own answers to their legal questions. But simply put, calling attorneys throughout the state will not help you determine the best course of action in your local court system. An attorney in another city may be able to confirm that you have found a correct state statute to be applied, but family law is heavily-reliant on procedure and strategy too, and that may be what has the biggest impact on your bottom line! I'd be happy to clear this up with you offline if you would like. Otherwise I wish you the best of luck!
