Johnathan was very helpful in the situation I had with an ex. I found it extremely helpful and reassuring working with him. I definitely felt like I would be in good hands and the end result was beneficial to me. Without having certain pieces of evidence, I was still able to walk away with some way o...f being and feeling protected by the law. He made it possible for me to have a restraining order since there was no guarantee of an order of protection. He also worked out ways of which my ex would have to pay all court costs, lawyer fees, and any future costs due to any breaks in the restraining order. He made sure to work with my needs and was easy to communicate with, always got back with me in a timely manner, and even communicated with me via email after hours. I was thankful that I was referred to him. For court, I was told exactly what to expect and he took the time to help me prepare for what I would say in front of the judge. I have referred him to everyone I know who is having legal issues. If I have legal issues again in the future, he is the first person I will call.

I have used Mr. Minga on numerous occasions over the last 5 years. He helped me through a divorce, and also helps me out with some collection issues through my small business. I would recommend anyone that is considering a divorce to consult with Mr. Minga. He is a genuine person. After my divorc...e I asked him if he could help me with some collections for my business. He said he really doesn't practice that kind of law. I told him well..... you can practice with me, because I was so impressed with the way he handled my divorce. When I consulted with him about my divorce it was a Friday morning, and I assumed that I would go ahead and open my wallet to pay Mr. Minga to file my case. Instead of him saying yes sir lets get this to the court, he looked out for my well being. This was my first divorce. He warned me that a divorce is ugly, and that the person that you thought you knew will not be the same person when going through the proceedings. It knocked me off my feet when he said to think about filing for my divorce over the weekend and get back to him on Monday no matter what I decided. Even if I did not want the divorce, he wanted to know that we worked things out over the weekend and that I would no longer need his services. I thought that was real special that he actually tried to save my marriage with one last weekend for me to ponder on my life decision. Monday rolled around and things at my house did not get any better. I went to his office on Monday and told him that I wanted to proceed with the divorce. This was on October the 3rd. Mr. Minga helped me through the entire process. I told him I wanted it done fast, he honored that, and scheduled mediation fairly quick. In TN you have to wait a certain number of days "I think 60" before the divorce can be completed. Mr. Minga had all properties settled way before that time period. He was fair to my ex wife and very professional to her throughout the entire process. We were divorced by the 2nd week of December. "That was fast"!!! All in all I appreciated him for not just taking my money, and treating me like someone to pay his bills. He cared for my situation, and wanted me to be 100% sure that a divorce is what was needed before I jumped the gun. Hopefully I never need him for another divorce, but if anyone does, you should go talk to him. He is real!!! He is an exception to the majority of the attorneys that I have ever met.
