Mr. Bolton is a very knowledgeable, reasonable attorney. He helped with my child support case and was absolutely amazing! He listens (even when unreasonable), he explains things is a manner which is understandable. He worked around my schedule and listened to what i wanted to do. He will be on yo...ur side.

From our first phone conversation regarding our son’s recent legal matter, Matt took a very difficult situation and showed us a path forward. He explained the factors that could possibly be in our son’s favor as well as factors that were not. Matt’s capable, calm, and extremely understanding manner ...gave us the confidence and hope we needed to sustain the weeks of waiting that were ahead. His thorough explanations meant that we had few questions, but when we did, we received amazingly quick and detailed answers. We could not have asked for a better resolution in our son’s case, and we will be forever grateful for Matt’s intellect, experience, and generosity of spirit that yielded that result. Because we had excellent representation, growth and wisdom have emerged from the very dark place we found ourselves in just a few short months ago. It is also worth noting that even if the outcome of our son’s case had been less than positive, we would still submit this review knowing that Matt had rigorously and ethically pursued all legal possibilities.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with Mr. Bolton’s service. He was absolutely fantastic. I had some warrants I was unaware of until the beginning of 2019. Was unsure of where to even start. I contacted Mr. Bolton’s office and left him a message. He called me back that day and we discussed the matter. I... paid him upfront for him to help me not knowing how long it would take me to get back to Tn to take care of the Warrants. He advised me that he would be in touch and would gather all the information needed to handle the warrants. I was out working and unable to get back for almost 6 months. He stayed in touch with me, always returning phone calls etc. I let him know about 2 weeks before going back to handle it, he had it all set up and everything. He contacted a bail bondsman and helped me through the entire process. Within 3 days we had all 3 warrants dropped and expunged. I couldn’t be more grateful for how he helped me through it all. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs a lawyer in Tennessee. Thank you for doing exactly what I needed and what you said.

Matt is very professional, knowledgeable, and family minded. I had a lot of questions on how to properly handle situations I was facing and he never made it seem as if any of my questions were a bother and he was also prompt in his response times. Matt knew that my children's safety was my number one... priority and he did not waver on this. I received even more than I requested and I could not have asked for a better outcome in my case. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

Dude is a joke. Had him represent me back in 2008 and he made me please out to crimes that I did NOT even comment. He NEVER did take the time to do his home work nor did listen to ANYTHING I tried to explain to him. Took me 10 years to do a 6 year sentence in the county jail. I am now considered a FE...LON, a DRUG OFFENDER, and looked at as a CRIMINAL to anyone and everyone that runs my background. Mr. Matthew Bolton did NOT do his job correctly and was very unprofessional and lazy. He could have helped me if he would have put just a little effort into my case. As I said before, I was NOT guilty of the accusations against me but was forced into taking responsibility just to make the court happy and get my case resolved as fast as possible. This is only my personal opinion/review on matt Bolton to help warn others of his lack of effort in the court room. I do NØT recommend hiring him when it comes to your freedom and/or future! Do your self a favor and seek counsel else where!
