I have over 20 years of practice experience in Tennessee and Georgia. I am a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Family, Civil and Domestic Violence Mediator. I am a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitrator, U.S. Department of Justice/Key Bridge Foundation mediator in matters arising under the Federal Americans With Disabilities Act, and admitted to all courts serving East Tennessee and Northwest Georgia including the U.S. Supreme Court. I am trained in collaborative law and practice as well as in military divorce and Veterans Administration benefits claims. Before becoming a lawyer, I was in hospital and medical staff administration. I bring a practical approach to the practice of law and work hard as a team with my clients, seeking to attentively listen to their concerns, goals and desired outcomes. To the fullest extent of the law and considering my clients' facts, I work hard to achieve their goals and desired outcomes.

"I have worked with Pat Vital on fee arbitration panels through the Chattanooga Bar Association. Ms. Vital served as the presiding arbitrator on the panels and did an excellent job of conducting the hearings and preparing the written reports. She is intelligent, thorough, diligent, and a pleasure to work with."
