Excellent attorney.
Brian is a great attorney. He knows his stuff. He is willing to work with you anyway he can. He makes you feel very important. He does not make you feel he just wants your money as most attorneys do. He cares about each of his clients he takes on. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. He answered every question I had. It was good to know I was in very capable hands.

Satisfied Client from Brian
Brian is very knowledgeable and really listened to my issues. I felt very comfortable with him and after understanding the situation, he formulated the best plan of action. He always returned calls or emails promptly. I have no reservations in using Brian again.

Brian Caldwell - Great Attorney
Brian helped me in a civil case in which I felt like all hope was lost. Brian listened to my issues, helped relieve my fears by clearly setting out a game plan and communicated with me in a way that I was confident I had the right attorney for the job. The outcome in my case was exactly what I hoped for but thought could not be achieved. I am very thankful for the work that Brian did for me and would refer him to others.

Best divorce attorney in Chattanooga
I have been dealing with custody and child support for over 13 years and Brian Caldwell is by far the best attorney I have ever had. He puts his clients first before his own interest and he is always fair on cost. His paralegal is also very talented and is always there when you need her.

gold attorney
does not have all answers but will find out for you. Brian was on my DCS cas for almoßt three years. He worked hard but I could not always do what he stated to be done. He is very distinguished and kind. I am very happy to have worked with him and I was very happy to meet his partner. I am no longer a mother but I could be once again. I pray he would reach back out to me and we could fix this mess but I brought it upon myself.

Caring and experienced
I recently used attorney Brian Caldwell and his calm, cool, and Collected demenor put me at ease under the circumstances. He is reasonably priced and worked with me. In the court room he Clearly knows his way around and spent enough time there to be greatly respected by his peers! I will be using him again in the future!!

Best representation I could ever ask for!
I hired Mr. Caldwell to represent me in clearing a warrant. He's professional and very knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and handled my case quickly. Mr. Caldwell got the warrant set aside and will be representing me for my upcoming court date. I wish I could go back in time and hire him at the beginning of my case instead of the amateur I hired before. Thank you, Mr. Caldwell!

Poor service
Brian never called back. I was having to call him to schedule appointments and we never had a face to face consultation. We talked briefly over the phone and he showed up for my case the next day and we lost. Mr. Cardwell did not speak up for me. I did all of the talking. I gathered the information that he would need, typed up documents, put recordings on a disc and he didn’t present anything to the judge. Very disappointing and a waster of money.

Response from Brian Caldwell October 18, 2018
I appreciate every client's comments, even if those that might be less than stellar as I always strive to provide the best representation I can as both a legal advocate for my client and attorney. I or someone from my office returns phone calls & message to any client or potential client within 24 hours. As a matter of fact, I am an attorney who does phone calls in the evenings even up until 9:00pm & both Saturdays & Sundays as I find it is a more convenient time for both my clients & myself to discuss their case & any concerns. Further, I often meet with clients on Saturdays to better accommodate their work schedule. As this review is posted anonymously, it is difficult for me to specifically respond, therefore I must speculate on this client's locale & situation. All clients' evidence is examined, evaluated and judged on it’s merit & pertinence to the case, with decision made upon that particular court hearing as they vary. Often what someone considers to be relevant in many instances is viewed as irrelevant and negatively by a judge/jury. That is not to make light of or demean a client’s case or what they think is important, it is however considered as to whether evidence is helpful or harmful to a case. Based upon that, it might need to be excluded. Providing such evidence or discovery is critical to being done early in a case, not the day of a hearing. Any discovery or evidence is most often dropped off at my office even if I am not in. Having a paralegal at all times allows me to provide further support staff to work someone's case. Lastly, I do work towards 100% satisfaction by my clients, however I cannot change the facts & often in this profession, most clients are not in a best place when seeking my assistance, but I always work towards advocating for my client to get the best results possible. Thanks much and best wishes!
