Brian Caldwell - Great Attorney
Brian helped me in a civil case in which I felt like all hope was lost. Brian listened to my issues, helped relieve my fears by clearly setting out a game plan and communicated with me in a way that I was confident I had the right attorney for the job. The outcome in my case was exactly what I hoped ...

Poor service
Brian never called back. I was having to call him to schedule appointments and we never had a face to face consultation. We talked briefly over the phone and he showed up for my case the next day and we lost. Mr. Cardwell did not speak up for me. I did all of the talking. I gathered the information t...
I appreciate every client's comments, even if those that might be less than stellar as I always strive to provide the best representation I can as both a legal advocate for my client and attorney. I or someone from my office returns phone calls & message to any client or potential client within 24 hours. As a matter of fact, I am an attorney who does phone calls in the evenings even up until 9:00pm & both Saturdays & Sundays as I find it is a more convenient time for both my clients & myself to discuss their case & any concerns. Further, I often meet with clients on Saturdays to better accommodate their work schedule. As this review is posted anonymously, it is difficult for me to specifically respond, therefore I must speculate on this client's locale & situation. All clients' evidence is examined, evaluated and judged on it’s merit & pertinence to the case, with decision made upon that particular court hearing as they vary. Often what someone considers to be relevant in many instances is viewed as irrelevant and negatively by a judge/jury. That is not to make light of or demean a client’s case or what they think is important, it is however considered as to whether evidence is helpful or harmful to a case. Based upon that, it might need to be excluded. Providing such evidence or discovery is critical to being done early in a case, not the day of a hearing. Any discovery or evidence is most often dropped off at my office even if I am not in. Having a paralegal at all times allows me to provide further support staff to work someone's case. Lastly, I do work towards 100% satisfaction by my clients, however I cannot change the facts & often in this profession, most clients are not in a best place when seeking my assistance, but I always work towards advocating for my client to get the best results possible. Thanks much and best wishes!
