5 stars for excellence

I needed an attorney in Tennessee that could help me with an old legal issue in TN. I am from out of state and I searched online and comtacted his office. I got very lucky. I made the right pick. Mr Raybins assistant took my information and Mr Rabin did the research and called me back. He was very k...nowledgeable and he clearly explaining my options and really made me feel at ease. I hired him and he did the rest. He kept me updated on the progress and was always very quick to reply to my emails. He filed to have my record expunged and once it was completed sent me paperwork with instructions. I am from out of state. I wish he practiced in my state!

Highly Recommend!

Ben helped me through a difficult time. He's a knowledgeable and conservative attorney. I would recommend him to a friend. My experience with him is that he will always get back to you and will entertain your ideas and questions. Many attorneys take your retainer and never call you back. He's much be...tter than that - you'll get good communication. I believe Ben paints a conversation picture to his clients of what might happen because you can never be sure how the courts will react to a charge. But, he will fight for you and get you the best deal possible. He comes from a long line of attorneys, so he also has a great network. My personal situation ended up better than expected with Ben's assistance. And...he's a pleasant person as well.

Tribulation

These are great genuine people. Handled my case with delicacy. Benjamin did a even better job communicating and reassuring me what’s going to happen next in the legal process and always stayed on top of things. I was very pleased.

Hands down the BEST lawyer in Nashville!

Ben came highly recommended to me from multiple people after receiving a first time DUI this past April. He was able to meet with me quickly and thoroughly explained how everything would play out over the next few months and fully prepared me for worst and best case scenario, nothing was sugar coated..., and I greatly appreciated that. From the day I met with him/hired him, his communication was incredible. He answered all my questions in great detail (and i had a lot) within the same day. Ben gave me multiple suggestions of things to complete before court in order to help my case with direct links and numbers to contact. He was always very reassuring but also kept worst case scenario in mind. Ben knew that with my career and licensure, I really needed to get my charge reduced if at all possible. However, due to my BAC, my chances of a reduced charge weren’t all that great. I completed everything Ben suggested me to do before court. Once court rolled around, Ben was on top of everything. He met with me and the judge multiple times trying everything he could. Not only did he get my charge reduced to reckless endangerment, I didn’t have to serve the 48 hours, AND my probation period will be over before I renew my license for my job. This outcome was truly the best of the best and I was not at all expecting it. I know for a FACT that my outcome would not have been this good if I didn’t have Ben representing me/guiding me through this entire process. He is beyond knowledgeable, patient, and just all around so very good at his job. He took one of the most stressful times in my life and lifted that weight completely off my shoulders- I will forever sing his praises and highly recommend him to everyone from here on out. You are the truly the best of the best Ben, I will never be able to thank you enough.

Ben gave me the confidence to move forward!

I contacted Ben regarding an old criminal matter from my early 20's. Now in my late 30's, I needed help navigating expungement of my old criminal record. I corresponded with Ben over the course of a few years as I was piecing together the path I needed to take regarding my record. After speaking ...with Ben, and then speaking with other attorneys, I quickly realized that other attorneys simply didn't know the law as well as Ben did. In fact, most were negative on my case, and some wouldn't even take it. However, after I spoke with Ben and did my own research I found that Ben was right on the money. I used the approach he suggested in my own county, and was able to seek out and be granted expungement after many years of feeling like I would never see light at the end of the tunnel. Ben was very generous with his time, polite, and gave me factual advice that helped me move forward in my case. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone needing assistance. If you have a legal matter that needs expert attention, Ben is your man!
