I have a concealed carry permit, with registered weapons and was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication along with an Illegal Weapons Charge due to the fact that I wouldn't give the arresting officer my handgun. I was in a local fast food restaurant and a friend of mine had a medical emergency... and the manager on duty called for what I thought was going to be help.
