My case happened before covid and got stretched out for almost a year. From the start he did a very good job explaining to me all the possible outcomes of my situation. Throughout the year he touched base with me every time the case got postponed due to covid. When the day came to appear in court, he... siezed an opportunity to get my case addressed while the court was at recess. Doing so, we were able to get it dismissed by 10:30 in the morning, when I would have been there all day to deal with it.
