I contacted Michelle about a custody case between my ex and I . Michelle spent a great amount of time on the phone with me before I even paid her explaining the possibilities and what ifs. She was very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust her to handle my case for me. Ms. Hodges is absolutely the best attorney ever. Although she was my attorney granted thru the courts due to me not able to afford one , I couldn’t be happier . She has fought tirelessly on my behalf thru the most difficult child custody case . I had previously been assigned another lawyer from the s...ame court and he was so awful we chose to part ways. Michelle could not be further from that , she is smart and fights big our sky for her clients . If I ever need a lawyer in the future (which hopefully I will not) I would spend every last dime I had and or do whatever I had to due to make sure she was my attorney . My brother needed to have a conservator appointed after being hit by an auto while he was walking; the conservatorship was necessary to file all claims with the insurance company. Mrs. Hodges was hired and provided all the necessary documentation needed to have me appointed as conservator. Again ...guided me through all the "red tape" of dealing with the insurance company. Through her negotiation, the maximum amount was received for my brother. My wife and I have asked her to prepare wills for us. I will certainly use Mrs. Hodges for any future legal matters.
