Mr Willard is by far the most professional and honest person I could have hired regarding my situation. After being wrongfully accused of sexual harassment by another soldier, I contacted Mr. Willard after my command was going to separate me based on one side of the story and no facts. After talking to him, he was able to write my rebuttal, get the investigation reopened and got me cleared after a year... of being dragged through a poorly executed investigation.
