I contacted Attorney Willard in March 2024 after I was flagged and informed of an ongoing 15-6 Investigation. In receiving this and the previous draft, I found that he also commands an amazing mastery in writing that expresses military professionalism with a personal touch - each time I received a draft from him, it seemed like I was the one who wrote it. As a result of the aforementioned facts, my rebuttal matters were 93 pages in length and comprehensively addressed the dropped allegations, the lesser allegation, and my character.
