You are going through a difficult, confusing time.
You have a lot of questions. Your world has been turned upside down.
What are you going to do with your finances? What is going to happen to your children? Where are you going to live? What are you going to do financially after the divorce?
You need an attorney you can trust will listen to you and understand you.
You need an attorney who has BEEN THERE HERSELF and also has years of experience in family law, who has handled many of these cases and can help you navigate your unique situation.
You don't want to spend thousands of dollars and not see results. You do not want to spend thousands of dollars on an attorney who does more harm than good.
Ms. Burdine offers free telephone consultations to give you the opportunity to kick the tires, to see if she is the right fit for you. It is important to talk to more than one attorney before you decide to hire one, to be sure that your attorney knows what she or he is doing, has your best interests in mind, and to ensure that your children (if applicable) will not be harmed during this process.
Attorney Hannah Burdine has nearly 20 years of experience in the legal industry, with more than ten years committed to divorce litigation including high net worth divorce cases and asset protection.
Not everyone needs a fighter. Ms. Burdine is diplomatic when appropriate, and she fights unyieldingly for clients when necessary. She devotes the time and attention that is required to garner positive results and to ensure her clients receive the attention they deserve during this time of their lives.
She has practiced family law in both the State of Georgia and now the State of Tennessee. She is a native of Memphis, Tennessee where she went to undergraduate school and law school. She was a paralegal in Nashville, Tennessee for a few years after undergraduate school before going to law school.
While going through her own divorce, she worked for a clinical research organization negotiating contracts for clinical drug trials. It was boring, and she missed the courtroom and engaging with and helping clients get through tough times, so after her divorce she got back into the practice of law.
She enjoys playing piano to decompress and listening to live music. She looks forward to helping you.

Divorce
First off. You have to be realistic. When it comes to court there’s going to be things that are out of your lawyers control. Ms. Burdine worked for me, advised me, and actually seemed to care how I felt about things. It’s a divorce it’s going to be ups and downs. Her and her team really make it known...

JUST SAY NO!
I strongly advise against hiring this lady. She will take your money and do nothing. She does not reply to messages on her app and if she does you get one ir two words. I hired her in August and consistently asked about the progress of my divorce and she never gave an answer. She quoted me $3000 and ...

Don’t do it
Don’t do it. Horrible lawyer. Only way to make her work on your case or even respond to you is to threaten her with the news and reporting her to the bar. She will take your money and disappear.

Extremely Unprofessional & Impossible to Work With
We hired Hannah around April 2022, other then our first phone call it was a literal night mare. The very first incident we had with Hannah was two weeks prior to the first court date, where we kept receiving emails stating our court date to be on the incorrect date and time(sent From her Firm). we wo...

Highly Disappointed/ Wouldn't recommend
I originally reached out to Hannah through legal match in August 2021. We communicated a few times through email and then she stopped responding and answering calls. My issue wasn't time sensitive, so I wasn't too concerned about her not responding and just let everything go. Well things changed and ...
Hi Kelci, We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with Burdine Law. We have in our notes that we contacted you on May 26, 2022. The record of the phone call is stamped 10:14 a.m. which shows that our firm did speak with you at the scheduled time. Our policy is to charge for consultations with the attorney, which will be applied toward the retainer, and it is in our notes that this was conveyed to you. The free phone call is with the staff, where we the staff asks you questions and gathers more information from you for the attorney to assess whether the case is a good fit for the Firm to take on. Then the actual meeting with the attorney is scheduled for a fee, depending on how much time you request for speaking with the attorney. I am happy you found an attorney that fits your expectations and wish you the best in your endeavor.
"I endorse this lawyer. Hannah is an ethical and responsible attorney. An aggressive advocate for her clients."
