I was charged with two serious Class A misdemeanors - domestic assault and harassment. Davis was appointed to me as my attorney by the Sherwood Litigation firm, and he heard me out and decided to take my case. He got down to business immediately after hire, analyzing the events and situation that was... before him. He knew the best outcomes with what he was given and before we even got to court, he had already gotten proof from a phone call with my ex that there was no domestic assault that took place, haha. In session, Davis was offered several good pleas by the DA, but as I said, he knew the best outcome and fought for it. By my third reset, Davis managed to get my case dismissed. I left the courthouse with zero charges, and my ex now has a contempt of court charge. Insanity..
