Where do I begin…Davis was very professional, assertive, knowledgeable, & sincere. I had a very complicated domestic assault/order of protection case against my ex husband that involved my child witnessing the event. There was a jurisdiction issue between county’s and my child’s safety and voice was ...not being heard as he was being handed to the abuser in Davison county when the correct jurisdiction was Rutherford. Davis allowed my child’s voice and my concerns in regards to our safety to finally be heard properly and adjudicated it the proper manner - it was granted!
