Jimmy is Amazing!

Jimmy was really there for me when I needed him. I was falsely accused of my 3rd offense DUI because of a statement my ex made to the local police. We are currently embroiled in a custody battle and I am a recovering addict. I felt like the world was crushing in on me. Jimmy walked me through every step of the way and gave me the confidence we could beat this charge. WE did! I was acquitted by Judge Bragg, that is almost unheard of in this county. He is my hero!

The best Murfreesboro has to offer!

I got a DUI in June of 2016. I decided to "shop around" for an attorney that I could feel a connection with and wasn't exorbitant in their fees. Jimmy won that contest hands down. He explained what I should expect from any attorney and I felt he would represent me with integrity and commitment. Jimmy and I met prior to each time I was to appear in court. I really felt reassured. Unfortunately, I received a second DUI just 3 months later. I was ashamed and very fearful. What would he say? Would he continue to represent me on this second charge? I was totally freaked out. When I presented this new information, he quickly said, "Okay, this is our plan." I can't tell you how relieved I was. The plan included applying to the DUI Education Center to be considered for their which was an alternative to actual jail time. I highly recommend this option if you are faced with jail time. I also applied to DUI Court which is located in Murfreesboro. I did both and waited to hear from them. I'm happy to report that I was accepted into both orograms. Jimmy was so supportive of my efforts to do the right thing. We sat down and discussed all possible rulings I could receive from the District Attorney. There were no surprises and believe you me, I couldn't take any surprises! The ruling was just as Jimmy had explained it to me. I was sentenced to serve 3 weeks in jail and he was able to convince the DA to bring that down to 2 weeks. I entered the DUI Education Center and serred my 2 weeks. When I got back, I was sworn into DUI Court and I have been working their program ever since. My life has been changed! If you are looking for a genuine problem-solver, Jimmy Turner is the attorney you are looking for. Put your trust in him, do as he suggests and get on with your life. You will not regret this decision.

A great experience during a bad time

Mr Turner was always professional ever since day one. He was open and honest about my situation every step of the way. Professional, compassionate legal counsel

It is never a pleasant experience having to consult with an attorney regarding criminal charges. After my arrest for a DUI I met with Jimmy about my charge and legal representation. Jimmy was very knowledgeable regarding DUI laws and honest regarding what the outcome could be. I have been very pleased I hired Jimmy. Jimmy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Jimmy would take the time to listen to these questions/concerns and give his professional advice. Phone messages and emails were returned very promptly. He understood and showed compassion on how this would effect me personally and professionally. Great Divorce Attorney

Honest & Helpful

1. He handled my case with a personal touch, very good recommendations and I was very pleased with the outcome. 2. I Recommended him to my daughter and he was extremely honest (for a Lawyer!!). He then, recommended another attorney who could meet my daughter's need better. Don't find many to do that!!
