Knowledgeable & Caring

Ms Lashbrook was highly recommended to our family by a trusted friend when my daughter passed away - a single mom leaving behind a minor child with no will in place to determine who would have custody. It was a very scary situation. Ms Lashbrook helped us secure custody with my other daughter & wor...k with DCS to get all the legalities taken care of. She was extremely caring, sympathetic and went out of her way to assure us we did not have to concern ourselves with this added legal burden as we were grieving over such an unexpected loss & all the other issues that came with it. She was very knowledgeable of the law and made the entire process go smoothly. Both she & her assistant, Julie were extremely caring, thoughtful & concerned for our family. We were blessed beyond words by their caring & personal approach in this situation. I consulted Ms Lashbrook again recently regarding another matter & found my interaction with her & her staff just as caring & helpful. They actually listen to your concerns & take that extra time to do that without a focus of adding up additional fees for each minute spent. They also welcome your questions and are patient in giving answers that you can understand and this helps you (the client) make wise decisions & feel confident you were informed of all the legal ramifications of those decisions. I highly recommend Ms Lashbrook and her office to anyone who needs help with legal issues involving minor children as well as wills & estate planning. What a blessing she has been to us!

Outstanding advocate

I came to Rebecca with no hope for resolution of my issue. She sat with me, LISTENED (which other attorneys were unwilling to do), offered me multiple alternatives, recommended an approach, but allowed me to be heard in my case. I cannot recommend her more highly as an advocate for me and for the c...hildren involved. Thank you, Rebecca!!!

Child Custody

I have been a client of Ms. Rebecca Lashbrook for approximately 4 years. The most significant legal service that she has provided for me has been involving an ongoing, complicated Child Custody case. This Child Custody case involved a number of convoluted issues including an appeal to the Court of Ap...peals of Tennessee. At each juncture Ms. Lashbrook provided outstanding legal advice and legal representation. I could not have had a more competent advocate standing with me in Court. I highly recommend her especially as an experienced, professional Child Custody attorney.

Legal Representation

Ms. Rebecca Lashbrook and her paralegal Julie McClure have taken a personal investment in not only my case but me. Myself, being in a consumer sensitive line of work can certainly appreciate good old fashioned customer service. Ms. Lashbrook has found ways for solutions to each and every obstacle in ...my case and I would highly recommend her influence on law and professionalism to anyone seeking legal help. As most anyone needing legal assistance, it’s not always under the best of circumstances. She made the entire transaction seamless and easy. Ms. Lashbrook thank you to you and Ms. Julie for making this difficult season of my life much easier and more tolerable.

"Ok, here's the deal: Rebecca Lashbrook may only have been licensed for a year, but she has worked within the Court and Judicial system at the highest levels a non-lawyer could. Therefore, she knows lawyers, cases, and the litigation process better than her "official" experience indicates. I know she will do well for her clients. Rebecca Lashbrook is a fine lawyer."
