OUTCOME: The Judge Ruled that the Motion for Default Judgment was well taken and he signed the Parenting Plan we submitted.

I was retained to represent a client on a Modification of the Parenting Plan. Through experience and use of an experienced private process server the Judge ruled that the Respondent was effectively ev ... ading service and ruled he was served as a matter of law. We proceeded on a Motion for Default Judgment.
