High Recommend
Highly recommend working with her! I have worked with Brittany in 4 separate matters regarding my divorce, post-divorce modification and contempt. She is prepared, diligent and passionate about her clients and their cases. I was able to contact her quickly and she was aggressive in her representatio...

Terrible experience
One of the worst experience with a business professional. Full of false promises. Had 8 weeks of no movement on my case, she stated she filed multiple documents on my behalf and had a hearing set. She did not serve my ex on time and nothing was ever filed by her on my behalf. Do not recommend. Sh...
It is disappointing that you feel as if you had a poor experience. The full retainer was not paid in full in this specific matter, and despite this, extensive work was performed on both pending cases. Work performed on a case that turned into a highly contested divorce resulted in legal fees being incurred that far exceeded what was paid to the law office and also exceeded the total retainer fee should it have been paid. Additionally, please be mindful that retainer agreements outline whether a case is flat fee or billed at an hourly rate. Documents were prepared and filed, a court appearance occurred with another court date scheduled. This work was performed timely. Communication was consistent. Invoices were also heavily discounted as a courtesy to the client. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

A great Attorney
She really helped me with my contested divorce. The divorce its self dragged on for over a year, but during that time she was very professional. I'd call and ask for advice and she'd get back with me in a timely manner. She helped keep me sane through the entire divorce proceedings such a God's send. ...
Thank you Sarah. I enjoyed working with you. It was a pleasure.

Hire at own risk
She told me she charge 2500 for a divorce. After paying her $2500 she wanted and extra $400 a month for each month she drag the case out. She filled a motion to remove herself after going thru this divorce for 7 months. On that same day I was able to reach an agreement with my ex-wife and her attorn...
Dear "Mike", It is unfortunate that this was your impression of our working relationship as I feel I was able to accomplish an extremely great outcome in your matter. The retainer agreement entered into requires both attorney and client to uphold certain portions of the contract, this includes the compensation of fees for my time spend dedicated to your matter as I set aside other matters to deal with your most pertinent issues. The initial retainer fee was for an uncontested divorce and the method of billing was outlined in the contract signed by you. Clients are billed hourly. Once the billing in your specific case exceeded the retainer fee, rather than demand the full monthly payment upfront. Payment plans are sometimes offered to those who qualify. I take pride in my diligence in responding to clients emails, texts and calls, and requests for in person meetings, but I do have a policy that absent emergency communications are typically returned within a 48-72 hour time frame.
"I endorse this lawyer. Brittany is opposing counsel in a case and advocates fiercely for her client."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Brittany for many years now, and I do and will in the future recommend clients to her. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her clients. She deals with a variety of areas of law and with everything she does she is extremely professional and a very conscientious attorney!"
