Ballow Award for Excellence in Legal Writing in a two-year research project centered around Tennessee’s Recovery Courts.
A lifelong resident of Tennessee, Mrs. Kirby lives in Clarksville with her husband, son, and dog. During her free time, she enjoys Tennessee football, reading books, and spending time with family.
