Joseph Allan Shaw

I hired Mr. Shaw based on favorable internet reviews of his work. I was not disappointed! Mr. Shaw represented me in a child custody matter and he was able to successfully represent my case without me even testifying even though he had prepared me well for potential testimony, Additionally, he was... emotionally supportive which helped me retain my composure.

I hired Shaw to represent me in a child support case where I was the defendant. Although he is over two hours away from me and where the court was held. We have a very simple zoom consult and I knew when we finished I wanted to hire him. He listens very carefully to the facts of my case and understo...od my point of view in the case immediately. Then furthermore told me his plan in what he will do to present to the judge. When we got to court we covered that plan again. He prepped me for the witness stand then he presented my case clearly and concisely. He presented it so well I rarely had to do much talking on the stand. Afterwords it was quite some time before the judge ruled. But he stayed in contact the whole time updating me on the status of the ruling. Bc he represent and presented the case so well in court I had a ruling in my favor. I am very pleased and will use him again if needed in the future.

Joseph is an amazing attorney... I have been a client of his for over a year and a half in a high conflict custody case. I ,as a father, now have custody of my daughter because of him..and I can't thank him enough. It was such a high conflict custody case, it took a lot out of me, but Joseph fought unbelievably hard.
