I am not a Alabama resident but needed a attorney in regards to child custody. I found Mr. Shaw online and sought him out after reading his reviews. I live in Texas. In June 2013, I was visiting my brother at his request in Fairhope, Alabama after the death of his wife. One of my brother's deceased wife's relatives falsely accused me of a criminal act. And, unbeknownst to me, an arrest warrant was issued for me. We returned to his office at 10:00PM that night. A preliminary Hearing was held on Thursday, July 25, 2013. Mr. Shaw had witnesses to testify on my behalf that I did not commit the criminal act. But, they didn't testify because Mr. Shaw did such a GREAT job cross examining the prosecution's witness that the Judge dismissed the case right then for lack of evidence. I'm eternally grateful and thankful to Mr. Shaw for his help. He can help you, too.
