Great Attorney

Attorney McDaniel was referred to me by an client that she opposed in a child custody case. This alone speaks volumes of the respect and professional opinion of this person regarding Atty. McDaniel. I found her to be talented and thoroughly knowledgeable and immersed in family law. My experience is... that she is an empathic listener and attentive to details. I am a male that was seeking custody modifications and was very pleased with the outcome and her relentless and tenacious representation of me and the child. I recommend her to anyone that is seeking the best attorney in family law.

Great attorney with exceptional outcome

Kelli McDaniel Day represented me as the plaintiff in a Contempt of Court child support case. She is professional and knowledgeable of the law. She responded to calls timely and provided straightforward explanations. She was relentless in court. She addressed everything that I requested and more! She... was not the first lawyer that I hired in Montgomery, AL, but she is the first attorney that I highly recommend.

Fantastic family attorney

Kelli is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable attorney. I have personally witnessed her courtroom abilities as she has represented me twice in a custody battle for my son. We won both times,and that speaks volumes as to her skill level as I am a single dad.She truly understands the importance of ... family and what it means to her clients.Kelli is a great lawyer and a fantastic person. Awful men’s lawyer

would not recommend Kelly as an attorney based on my experience. Throughout my case, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that my side of events was rarely considered. It often seemed like anything the opposing attorney said was accepted without question, while my explanations were... dismissed. Even during one of the programs she placed me in, another professional involved questioned her approach and whose side she was representing. For example, there was a situation where the opposing attorney accused me of chasing her down the road and harassing her on the phone. Kelli called me and began yelling and cursing at me. At the time, I was standing in a parking lot with a witness, Pam Cutrell. I handed the phone to Pam, and she confirmed that I was with her and had not been chasing anyone or doing anything wrong. I was also very concerned about the financial transparency. I paid a $5,000 retainer and repeatedly emailed asking for an accounting of how much remained. I never received a response. I also requested my case records and was told there were no records available. Additionally, I was required to pay $3,000 for a psychiatric evaluation that ultimately was never used in my case. Overall, I felt unheard, unsupported, and left without clear answers about how my money was used. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services.
