Nick did a great job for me, he met with me and gave my case personalized attention and went out and got what he needed to take care of business. He continuously pressed the DA to dismiss the case and told them it was dismissal or trial. When they said they couldn't dismiss the case he broke the ca...se down for the Judge and made the DA look silly. After going back and forth with the DA, the DA asked if they could have a few minutes to discuss the case with a supervisor, came back in the courtroom toward the end of the docket and advised the state was dismissing the case. I thank him so much for standing firm, not letting me plea to something I didn't do even though I would have gotten probation, I'm so grateful and glad I trusted him.

About a year ago I was arrested for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 1st, I plead innocence but no one believed me. When my son and I were in a car wreck I had no idea what to do, I was hurt and couldn't work and my son was injured as well. To top it off, the other driver lied to the police and told them I ran a red light, so the other guy's insurance company tried to say it was my fault. My boss recommend Nick,... who was a god send.
