Nick Did A Great Job, Case Dismissed!

Nick did a great job for me, he met with me and gave my case personalized attention and went out and got what he needed to take care of business. He continuously pressed the DA to dismiss the case and told them it was dismissal or trial. When they said they couldn't dismiss the case he broke the ca...se down for the Judge and made the DA look silly. After going back and forth with the DA, the DA asked if they could have a few minutes to discuss the case with a supervisor, came back in the courtroom toward the end of the docket and advised the state was dismissing the case. I thank him so much for standing firm, not letting me plea to something I didn't do even though I would have gotten probation, I'm so grateful and glad I trusted him.

I Never Want To Get Arrested Again, But I'll Call Nick If I Do.

About a year ago I was arrested for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 1st, I plead innocence but no one believed me. The first attorney I hired based on an ad I saw kept trying to make me plea saying I wouldn't go to jail, but I didn't want to plea to something I didn't do. I fired that attorney a...nd went looking for someone who would actually listen to me. A friend recommended Nick, and I'm so grateful for that recommendation. Nick took the time to listen to my side and we reviewed the evidence together, I agreed it didn't look good, but had only my word it wasn't me against two witnesses. Nick met with both witnesses and found one simply agreed with the other, but didn't actually see anything, and the other witness wasn't as "solid" as the State was claiming for a variety of reasons, the main one being he was nearly 100 yards away. We took the case to trial, and before we picked the jury the district attorney agreed to dismiss the case. I am so glad I didn't plea and was able to find an attorney like Nick.

I don't know what I would have done without Nick, I highly recommend him

When my son and I were in a car wreck I had no idea what to do, I was hurt and couldn't work and my son was injured as well. To top it off, the other driver lied to the police and told them I ran a red light, so the other guy's insurance company tried to say it was my fault. My boss recommend Nick,... who was a god send. He was able to get video footage from a business near the scene that showed I had the green light and the other guy was full of it. He helped me and my family through the entire claims process, answered all our questions, was always available and was genuinely happy to hear from me when I called to discuss my case. Nick did a superb job, and didn't let the other guy's insurance company forget about their guy's lies when it came time to resolve my case.

Nick kept me informed and did an excellent job protecting my business.

I run a small construction company in Alabama and ran into a dispute with a project owner over the quality of work performed under the contract. The owner refused to pay for the work my company had done and made a list of ridiculous excuses for why we wouldn't be paid or at-least not paid in full. ... I discussed the issue with a fellow contractor on the job and he said he ran into the same issue and simply handed the owner Nick's card and told him if he was disputing the invoice and the work done he could discuss it with Nick. I decided to do the same and hired Nick. Nick attempted to resolve the matter with the project owner, but the owner refused to honor our agreement and we were forced to file suit. Nick explained the positives and negatives of filing suit and walked me through what we could expect going forward. I told Nick I would leave it in his hands and he went to work, he attacked each dispute and was able to show that they were complete garbage and put the project owner on the ropes such that we got a complete victory. I mean complete, I got paid with interest and had my legal expenses including the attorney fees paid to Nick reimbursed thanks to Nick's work and a good law called the "Miller Act". I was overjoyed with the result and would absolutely recommend Nick to any business owner.

I couldn't have asked for a better attorney.

I was in a serious auto accident last year and was discussing the matter with a friend who is a local business owner and a respected member of my community that I was considering hiring an attorney. My friend told me he had hired Nick and his firm to handle several matters for him in the past and co...uldn't say enough good things about Nick and his firm. The business owner assured me Nick would personally handle my case and would return any phone call within twenty-four hours. I hired Nick and his firm and was overjoyed with the work they did and the result that was achieved. I even recommended my dad use Nick when my dad was injured in a trucking accident and he has also been thrilled with the level of representation he has received.
