Nick Did A Great Job, Case Dismissed!

Nick did a great job for me, he met with me and gave my case personalized attention and went out and got what he needed to take care of business. He continuously pressed the DA to dismiss the case and told them it was dismissal or trial. When they said they couldn't dismiss the case he broke the ca...se down for the Judge and made the DA look silly. After going back and forth with the DA, the DA asked if they could have a few minutes to discuss the case with a supervisor, came back in the courtroom toward the end of the docket and advised the state was dismissing the case. I thank him so much for standing firm, not letting me plea to something I didn't do even though I would have gotten probation, I'm so grateful and glad I trusted him.

I Never Want To Get Arrested Again, But I'll Call Nick If I Do.

About a year ago I was arrested for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 1st, I plead innocence but no one believed me. The first attorney I hired based on an ad I saw kept trying to make me plea saying I wouldn't go to jail, but I didn't want to plea to something I didn't do. I fired that attorney a...nd went looking for someone who would actually listen to me. A friend recommended Nick, and I'm so grateful for that recommendation. Nick took the time to listen to my side and we reviewed the evidence together, I agreed it didn't look good, but had only my word it wasn't me against two witnesses. Nick met with both witnesses and found one simply agreed with the other, but didn't actually see anything, and the other witness wasn't as "solid" as the State was claiming for a variety of reasons, the main one being he was nearly 100 yards away. We took the case to trial, and before we picked the jury the district attorney agreed to dismiss the case. I am so glad I didn't plea and was able to find an attorney like Nick.
