Richard Douglas Jensen

I can't say more about Mr. Jensen. I got arrested - first time ever - and was FREAKED out. Stressed to the point of vomiting daily. He spoke to me on at least 6 separate occasions simply to ease my mind. Went to court, not sure what to expect, and he got the charges DISMISSED! Do yourself... a favor, hire him!

Richard Jensen came highly recommended through a family friend, and although he specializes in the area of criminal defense, he helped me through the entire process of getting an auto insurance claim settled when my car was damaged in a hit and run. The insurance company paid for full reimbursement a...nd even a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. Richard responded to my every email and phone call in very timely manner and guided me through the process in a very reassuring way.

Like many people one bad decision changed my life. Being terribly afraid, I had a consult with Mr. Jensen and he calmed me and my nerves. He assured me that I was going to be fine and that he was there to help. Within the first 2 minutes of speaking to him, I knew and felt that he cared not only abou...t me as a client but just as a person who has made a MISTAKE and is more that regretful about it. A few times I emailed and called because I allowed my nerves to get the best of me and once again and like always, he was there to let me know that its a process and that it would be okay. HE WAS RIGHT of course!! The one thing that I was told was that I needed to forgive myself and that it would make it easier on me because I kept going into worry mode. I am working on forgiving myself and like anything its a process like Mr. Jensen said it would be. I can never thank him enough on being a wonderful attorney as well as listener. If you find yourself in a situation, I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Jensen. Thank you so much again for your work and help

Though I was probably a tad annoying at times, he remained extremely patient with me. Very professional, makes you feel comfortable and not like you're "just paying someone", as he's always there to talk and explain things.. sometimes it's hard to get him right off the bat because he's usually in cou...rt or with other clients - still gets in touch with you regardless though. I was concerned that I wouldn't get a fair outcome, but Mr. Jensen contacted me with great news.. now I can move on with life! Finally. It's been an emotionally exhausting year, but when he tells you "not to worry or panic unless he tells you to", he means it 110%. I would absolutely positively recommend him to anyone, in any situation, dealing with anything.. he's the best! You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Jensen is representing my son in a few different cases. We have been through several different attorneys over the last few years and paid out money to all of them. We never got anything but lies from all of them. I knew things were just not right throughout our ordeal with the judicial system ...thus far, but I could never find anyone that would do anything about it. They would just take our money and then that was it. Basically, we never got anything in return. Furthermore, the other attorneys always acted like it was an imposition just to speak to us about the case. I am so glad that I found Mr. Jensen. TODAY, we won a big battle with our ordeal that we are still going through. He has renewed my faith in that there are some people who actually still care about JUSTICE and not just an easy paycheck. Although my son and I were nervous about today, Mr. Jensen still found a way to make us feel more at ease. He was there to talk to us before the court session, during the court session, and took time to talk to us after the court session so that we understood where everything stood. My son was a juvenile when all of his problems started and for the last 2 years, he has been railroaded and lied to so many times, I have lost count. Mr. Jensen has spent a lot of time with us. He explains everything to us in a way that we can understand. He doesn't lie to us. He is very thorough. He provides us with paperwork that no one else has ever even showed us, much less given us copies of and explains every detail of what it is and means. He always answers emails and returns calls. I have not had one attorney that has ever done this in the past. With Mr. Jensen as my sons Attorney, I no longer feel like our backs are against the wall anymore. He has given my son the opportunity to get his life back, which is what he is now doing. I wish everyone could have Mr. Jensen as their Attorney. He would not disappoint you and he would be a breath of fresh air for any of you who have used others in the past and had the same type of results that we have had. If I could, I would give Mr. Jensen a higher than 10 star rating. He is also one of the best people that I have ever met, especially in my experience with the Attorney world. You will never find anyone else that is as good as he is on a personal level as well as a professional level. His knowledge of the judicial system and what he can or can not do for you has me in utter shock. To sum things up, if you need a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Jensen is the person you need to hire. If we had found and hired him 2 years ago, my son and I would have not gone through what we have just gone through for the last 2 years. There would have been a totally different outcome than what we are having to deal with now and we are having to fix. Mr. Jensen is having to undo what the other Attorneys have done wrong.
