Biography
Philosophy: Mr. Lusk believes that he best serves his clients by providing aggressive legal representation — achieving a favorable settlement if possible, but trying the case in court if necessary.
Experience: Mr. Lusk has experience in handling divorce and family law cases involving significant assets. He has represented physicians, hotel owners, real estate developers, engineers, entrepreneurs, and various business owners. In doing so, he has gained experience in dealing with the division of high-end marital assets such as closely held corporations, complex pension plans and retirement accounts, stocks and bonds, airplanes, exotic cars, yachts, and the like. As an attorney known for expertise in his field, Mr. Lusk presents seminars on divorce and family law topics. He has spoken before the Madison County, Alabama Bar Association, before Certified Public Accountants, and before financial clients of Merill Lynch and Dreyfus, among others. He has also appeared on television programs in which he addressed divorce and family law issues, including the Huntsville, Alabama program “WAAY 31 Law-Line.”
Activities: An active member of the Bar Association and of the community, Mr. Lusk is involved with numerous organization, including the following: Member, 2006 Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum; Member, 2007 Alabama State Bar Public Relations Committee; Member, Alabama State Bar Association Family Law Section; Member, ACME Club of Huntsville; Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary Club; Deacon, First Presbyterian Church of Huntsville; Master Mason, Helion Lodge # 1 of Huntsville; Member, Board of Directors of the Marshall Jackson Mental Health Board. Mr. Lusk is married with three children. He and his family live in Huntsville, Alabama.
