When I started the process of my divorce, I had no idea how ugly my former partner could be. When they started to go out of their way to hurt me, it was almost more than I could bear. Very quickly into my consultation, I knew that Coby was the lawyer for me. He was direct, honest and prepared me for what to expect instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. He came to the consultation fully educated on my case and was ALWAYS impressively prepared for every step along the way.... He and his paralegal, Cheryl, went above and beyond. They made a miserable situation bearable. I would hire him again and recommend him in a heartbeat.

My husband and I went to Coby when his exwife sued for an increase in child support. We should have walked out of the initial consultation when he said our 6 year old child means absolutely nothing and that only his children from his previous marriage are recognized by family court as his financial r...esponsibility. Not only did he bill us almost 5k, he negotiated terribly, allowed my husband to be intimidated and taken advantage of, and we ended up owing my husband's exwife over 4k more than the amount she wanted. Our monthly child support almost doubled with an additional 18k owed to her after her younger child turns 19. She even gets half of our tax refunds! $23,000 later we regret ever going to him. We could have saved so much by not using Coby. Meanwhile, since this attorney's terrible representation, my husband's exwife has now bought her second house (additional rental income for her thanks to extra money she gets from us), she owns a side business, has a masters degree, and works in healthcare. She vacations 3 time a year and is critical that we cannot afford extra rooms in our home dedicated for her children when they have visitation. We can't even afford our monthly bills let alone pay for extra rooms. Coby's services were absolutely useless and it seems that he wasn't on our side from the start. We are still suffering from the outcome of his apathetic, subpar representation and we we'll suffer for years to come. Yes, I'm venting here because Coby obviosly didn't care and didn't help. If you don't want to be in our position, don't use him. We would have been better off negotiating on our own. Please, if your a man in my husband's position be smart, handle it out of court. And if you must have legal representation avoid this attorney.
